Highstone International University (HIU) and University of OFFA (UNIOFFA) have formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), signaling their commitment to enhance collaboration in key academic areas. This agreement, signed at the UNIOFFA Vice Chancellor’s Office, pulled in top university officials: the Founder of University of Offa, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Gbolagade Kazeem (UNIOFFA), HIU President/Chancellor Prof. Oluremi Olutimo, HIU Coordinator Dr. Olaribigbe Olamuyiwa, Center Founder Dr. Festus Ibiam, and the Acting Registrar of UNIOFFA—each signing on behalf of their institutions.
The scope of this partnership spans short- and long-term exchanges for both academic staff and students, establishment of dual degree programs, and mutual participation in events such as courses, conferences, symposiums, and workshops. The intent is to facilitate meaningful academic experiences and joint knowledge exchange, benefitting both universities.
