HIU Foundation Scholarships

HIU Foundation Scholarships are available to unconventional undergraduate or graduate students who plan their lives around school rather than school planning their life. The ideal candidate is someone who is juggling work, family, and social obligations and relies on the flexibility provided by online programs to finish their degree. In addition, there may be invisible problems, such as anxiety and sadness, that make attending in-person classes challenging.

Applicants will be requested to show how Highstone International University allows them to finish their degrees. Priority will be given to freshmen college students, parents and caregivers, and students who identify with historically underrepresented groups within their degrees through an EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lens) perspective. Consideration will also be given to job fields that require advanced degrees to rise in compensation, such as public school teachers and those in the healthcare field.
