COURSE OVERVIEW – The B.S program in Leadership and Entrepreneurship presents a unique blend of skills, theory, and content, encouraging students to apply their knowledge and skills to entrepreneurial concepts and ventures. The program develops entrepreneurial-minded leaders who can effectively manage the value-creation process of existing small and medium sized businesses, as well as manage new ventures. They can also develop and nurture entrepreneurial opportunities within their organizations through effective communication, team building, critical thinking and problem-solving skills that will be learned in this program.

COURSE DESCRIPTION – The B.S program in Leadership and Entrepreneurship offers theoretically and skills-driven curriculum to prepare students to develop skills in entrepreneurial innovation, effective communication, capitalizing on opportunities, and creation or growth of business. They learn the skills and knowledge that leaders need to lead diverse teams, innovate, solve problems, communicate effectively, assess leadership and organizational effectiveness, manage resources and use emerging technologies in organizations.

LEARNING OUTCOME – With a degree in Leadership and Entrepreneurship, graduates will have the skills and knowledge to:
• develop their analytical and leadership skills and gain knowledge in how to supervise others.
• develop and implement strategies and advance organizational goals.
• Analyze a business product or service idea for viability in the marketplace, as well as understand the process of planning, preparing and implementing a business plan.
• Understand the importance of small businesses in global economies.
• Maintain and protect basic business information systems and accounting records.
