COURSE DESCRIPTION – The Bachelor of Accounting and Audit program is meticulously designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of accounting and auditing principles. Through a combination of core courses in accounting and auditing, students gain the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in accounting and auditing roles across various settings, including public accounting firms, corporations, and government agencies. The program covers a range of essential topics, including Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Ethics and Professional Standards. These courses enable students to develop a strong foundation in accounting principles and procedures, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the accounting and auditing profession.

• investigate the use of technology and information systems in accounting and auditing. This includes the development and implementation of accounting software and security measures.
• learn how to prepare a cost/benefit analysis to determine if outcome results attributable to a program initiative are worth the cost
